Easy, quick and a crowd pleaser! 4 Servings 10 minutesPrep Time 10 minutesCook Time 0 peopleloved this print Ingredients Directions Ingredients For Salsa Verde 3/4 cup fresh parsley, loosely packed 2 tablespoons fresh oregano 1 clove garlic 2 tablespoons capers 3 tablespoons lemon juice 4 tablespoons Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil Rich Taste For Shrimp Skewers 11/4 pound large shrimp, shelled and deveined 4 slices baguette, cut evenly into as many pieces as number of shrimp 4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto di parma 1 tablespoon Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil Rich Taste salt and pepper, to taste Directions Step 1: Mix the parsley, oregano, capers, and garlic in a small bowl and pulse with an immersion blender until finely chopped. Add the lemon juice, oil, and salt. Stir and place in the fridge while you prep and grill the skewers. Step 2: Skewer the shrimp and bread (3 pieces of each). Try starting with shrimp and ending with bread when assembling the skewers. Drizzle olive oil on both sides and season with salt and pepper. Wrap a piece of prosciutto around each whole skewer top to bottom. Step 3: Grill the skewers on a very hot grill (indoor or outdoor) for about 2 min. each side or until done.
